SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship USPS Ground or Priority Shipping.  We can not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit.  We do provide tracking for all orders as well as insurance on order. If items are lost in transit we will do our best to send a replacement. In the case that a replacement is sent and the lost package is delivered, we will require one of the packages to be sent back to us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due the nature of our small business, we can only accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in new/unused condition. Buyer is responsible for the return label fee and tracking. 

Exchanges or modifications will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for return label fee and tracking. 

Any return/exchanges that are not scanned for tracking and are not received cannot be refunded or exchanged.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.
